Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the condition of pipes prior to fitting advanced leak detection devices.
• Install and maintain advanced leak detection devices to prevent future plumbing issues.
• Prepare reports on the condition of plumbing systems and the installation of leak detection devices.
• Ensure all assessments and installations meet compliance and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, using software tools provided by the company.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Knowledge
Essential:

• Proven experience as a plumber.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or equivalent City & Guilds qualifications.
• WRAS certification.
• Health and Safety Certifications (e.g., CSCS card).
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Abilities and Skills
Essential:

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to manage the demands of the job.

Desirable:

• Training or willingness to undergo training in loss assessment.
